Our refrigerator has operated without any issues since we purchased it in 10/2023.

Great fridge, enough for a family of 4, the ice maker does not take up half the space as many do.

OUTSTANDING!! They were prompt, accomodating, and very very nice. Ron and the other gentleman that came answered all my questions and were incredibly helpful. Can't say enough great things about this team. I was apprehensive after reading the online reviews and seeing horrible install pictures, but my experience was the opposite. (Maybe it's because they were not subcontractors and actual Geek Squad techs.) I would give them 10 stars if I could.

We purchased this refrigerator because my mother-in-law had one, and we loved it. We had a Samsung, but was not impressed. This refrigerator is very quiet and efficient. It keeps my vegetables, fresher, longer. It does stick out about 8 to 10 in.² past the countertop, but where we have ours, it doesn’t matter. It was very quick to cool down upon delivery and we have not had a problem with it whatsoever. We love this refrigerator and we would recommend it to anybody. The bonus was it was on sale, as well. Great product all around.

Getting the warranty is a good idea. A must have just in case.

The guys delivered our freezer and we were able to track them plus they called to verify we were home. The only item that needed installation was the freezer handle and we did that ourselves.

I purchased the Geek Squad with our new refrigerator because I neglected to do that with our Samsung fridge and had nothing but problems. My new GE Profile has been great but I know I have the Geek Squad protection if I need it! What a great feeling!

Geek Squad is amazing!!! They repair you broken items quickly and with respect. It' sad that items don't last anymore but at least they will help you

5 year geek squad warranty is a great deal. It is much better than manufacturer

We purchased the 5-year protection plan with a new refrigerator. We had multiple service calls on it, including two issues with the in-door ice maker. The first time, components were replaced without issue. The second time, parts were not available. After a 30 day wait for replacement parts that were still not available, we received 100% of the original purchase price of the refrigerator towards a replacement. Receiving the credit for the original purchase price was pain-free and much simpler than I thought it would be. The new refrigerator has been solid, the the five year protection plan was well worth it.

Love all of the options for this icemaker and water dispenser.

It is always to be surprised by the stress free purchases and this was one of them.

Glad it was avaliablefor my new GE frig. . I had service plan on my Whirlpool frig that died just after 4 years, lost refrigerant compressor died. Another service plan did pay.

I fell in love from the first-time I saw it. Just so happen Beat buy had one on open box. Must have.
