    The shipped the door for my fridge after Best Buy installation tore it up, but now there are other issues. Their repairmen are not qualified to repair so I have to go through the manufacturer.

    purchases plan due to the only option to get coverage due to new company rules to purchase tota plan which is not worth getting due to not being a value. if buying plan but the max time available since it is not renewable
