I don't think I've ever bought one of these before. Always thought WHY? If it past the warranty it would last. Not so much anymore. Especially reading reviews on Refrigerators Apparently they are only build to last 7-10 year with lots of issues. Hopefully it will be a waste of money but at least I have a bit of peace of mind

I've purchased the protection plans in the past and they have always proven to be well worth the cost. Once my TV failed 5 days before the protection plan expiration date -- and I received a brand-new larger TV as a replacement. Wouldn't go without it.

Love this fridge! So much space - LOVE having the ice maker on the door rather than taking up shelf space. I was hesitant on “smudge free” but it fights off sticky hands and wet doggie noses with ease. The led lights are amazing and offer so much light. Love that it’s on the front of the fridge rather than the back - impossible to cover the light. Only thing that could make it better would be a light for the water/ice dispenser.

i had this unit for three great year. this is an adorable fridge to behold, my only flaws is where the ice n water dispenser. over time, the water drops started to have cosmetic wears. i got the new family hub bespoke and i know it will be amazing. the family hub will remain my best fridge

The delivery team had to remove the doors to my refrigerator so it would fit through the door! They did this efficiently and with positive attitudes. My new refrigerator was delivered without a scratch thanks to the careful trip through the narrow doorway.

Awesome group of people to fix and answer questions Installed new SSD hard drive. Everyone seems to know the products thoroughly.

Delivered on time, plenty of updates prior to arrival, very polite and respectful.

Haven’t had to use it yet but it is nice piece of mind having it.

I am so happy I purchased the Geek Squad Protection plan for my fridge as my refrigerator broke down right right when COVID-19 started. Since the technician was not able to enter my home and given my refrigerator had broken down before BestBuy exchanged it for a bigger model. The model I got was actually bigger which was actually pretty nice of them. The representative I spoke with was actually really helpful and nice.

100% happy with my washer and dryer. Vacuum cleaner and 65 inch Sony Bria TV. Great color thank you Best Buy.

Geek Squad to the rescue! So glad I bought the Geek Squad Protection Plan along with a refrigerator I purchased last year (2022). The fridge has failed twice since then and each time I called Geek Squad, their team handled getting a service repair company scheduled in a quick and efficient manner.

Haven't had to use this yet but I will keep it in mind in case I do.

This is good for our refrigerator in case there is a problem.

Amazing fridge , very spacious and enough to keep grocery for a while . The shelves are long and strong to hold many items . Easy to remove and clean also . Also easy to wipe the front without staining it . Overall the fridge works well and I’m glad i purchased this .

Haven’t had any issues yet with the product I purchased the warranty for. But have just used a warranty for a laptop I bought a couple years ago. Son dropped my laptop and damaged it. Brought it in with one month left on geek squad warranty. No questions asked. They took it in and said 4 to 6 weeks, I dropped it off Saturday afternoon and got it back Thursday shipped to my House

I absolutely love this Refrigerator, very classy looking and very clean and efficient.. I love the glass door where You just tap twice and You can see on before opening..

I think the geek squad protection, over all is a pretty good thing to have. Especially if the product can't be fixed they will replace. On large appliances though.. All I can say is maybe aske before you buy "who" they contract with in your local area for repairs. Our local area, the rouge Valley in Oregon, not a whole lot of options, and the people they did send out, HORRIBLE!! I had to call for my washer. He couldn't figure out the problem, and then, ordered the wrong parts, twice!! Best buy , finally replaced it with a new one. Kind of a buyer beware kind of thing. My interaction was a while ago.. So no idea as to how good they are now. They contract out large appliance repair.

Great, very helpful and informative. Just wish I would’ve gotten the 5 yr warranty. 2nd time I’ve had this issue with my Samsung smarthub refrigerator and they took care of it right away.

Geek Squad Warranty is worth its weight in Gold. Our warranty had 3 days left. Sinc the Compressor went out & they were unable to repair or replace the Compressor . They gave us a Brand New 2021 LG 29.5 cu. ft. Knock Knock Refrigerator at NO COST to us. It was Hassle Free It took less than a week. Great Service.
