Hopefully, I won't need this for my fridge but its piece of mind knowing that its there.

This is a great added protection to your purchase. I have had to take advantage of this when my product stopped working and Best Buy is great to work with and loads of communications along the way.

I’m so confused. I bought an Insignia refrigerator in Oct 2020. The freezer fan is starting to get super noisy. I’m so disappointed. I have the Geek Squad plan but when I called they said I have to come into the store to set up an exchange. They transferred me over to Insignia. Insignia said I need a GSS number? I was on hold for over 30 min. I just want my fridge fixed. I love it otherwise. So frustrated.

Make sure you are considering the size of the product when buying. If the size of your item doesn’t fit to a certain category, you will have to bring the item to the shop to get checked out. Example, deep freezer. Yes, bring that thing to the shop.

Looks like great coverage, but have not used it for a claim, so I do not have detailed feedback yet. Found it desirable for high ticket items, just in case.

I purchased this in case I need it. The plan will cover any issues that I am worried about in the future. I normally dont buy warranties but this one is perfect

The guys came in, inspected the item, order the part, came back, and install it. The refrigerator's drawer is working with no problem. They are fast and professional

Glad I bought the Geek Squad extended protection. The Refrigerator only has a one year warranty, so I wanted the added coverage and local repair service.

I will always purchase a service protection plan for my new appliances! It is well worth the money and keeps me from worrying after that first year has gone by. I priced out service plans and Best Buy offers the same amount of time, same service for less money. Again it is well worth the money!

For now just 4 stars since I haven't use it yet. I will do another review once I used it.

I always buy the extended warranty on refrigerators. The last refrigerator had to be repaired several times. It is worth the money to pay upfront for the expected repairs.

They always provide outstanding support and service anytime I have a product issue. I would highly recommend spending the extra money to purchase one of these plans. It's better to have the peace of mind.

Plenty of space inside the fridge. Freezer is large and easy to open. Water dispenser is slim and works great

The Geek Squad Product Protection Plan is great! You never know when you'll need it or if Geek Squad will be needed to repair/fix any issue. I always get the plans for my purchases as extra protection.

We always get extra coverage on expensive appliances. This has always worked out for us when an appliance goes out after a couple of years for some reason.

We purchased this because the appliances are very important to maintenance and keep running, Best Buy is a trust company.
