Excellent service as always from Best Buy Geek Squad.

I am a huge fan of purchasing extended warranties with the Geek Squad for all of my electronic and appliance purchases. I have rarely had to use the warranties, but having the sound of mind is worth the small fee for the added coverage. I'm a big fan of Geek Squad coverage!

3 year standard geek squad protection gives me the peace of mind needed for appliances should it be needed especially with devices that are not available and aren't as long lasting as previous models.

We like that we could get extend coverage for the appliance and it will give piece of mind !

The guys came in, inspected the item, order the part, came back, and install it. The refrigerator's drawer is working with no problem. They are fast and professional

The usage area is very wide. It holds all the food and drinks. The cold water and ice machine works very well.

I'm not a fan of paying for additional insurance but if the price is right and the appliance is on sale, it's a win. The only draw back it is a 3 year plan for refrigerators

Beware of these service plans, these types of "warranties" seem harder and harder to use. I have normally purchased my large appliances from Best Buy because of the service plans, but I am considering going elsewhere in the future. Fridge has been having an issue and I called to get the fridge serviced, they tell me that the fridge has a warranty with the manufacturer for 10 years parts and 5 years labor. I spent two hours trying to get ahold of Whirlpool and finally talking to them they confirm that but the warranty does not cover the service call to see what is wrong with the fridge, so I am geek squad tells me this time they won't authorize the service call without a RMA number that I need to get from the manufacturer, so I have to waste more time now to get this information. I was a big believer of Best Buy and Geek Squad, this has changed by this whole experience.

Haven't needed to use it at the moment, and I hope I dont need too..hopefully I don't need too

I love the geek squad protection. The will take as long as necessary to get everything just right and explain ahead of time what they are goung to do so no surprises

This is a great added protection to your purchase. I have had to take advantage of this when my product stopped working and Best Buy is great to work with and loads of communications along the way.

We always get extra coverage on expensive appliances. This has always worked out for us when an appliance goes out after a couple of years for some reason.

Have not used it as of now and hope not to have to use it

So far have not had to use the warranty, which I am perfectly fine with of course. Nice piece of mind if we do in the future.
