My item was delivered and left in the middle of my kitchen. I did not realize that there was a check box somewhere that indicated i wanted the delivery person to put the fridge in place and remove the packaging. Service has been a nightmare. I understand that we are all short-staffed, but waiting 2 weeks to get an appointment then another 2 weeks for the part to be replaced it ridiculous.

Agents removed my old appliance quickly and efficiently. The new one was put in place and hooked up very quickly. I got a quick tutorial on my appliance’s functions and a manual for further information.

We recommend the 3 year warranty with the refrigerator purchase. We had an issue with the freezer and it was nice to have under warranty!
