The ice maker was broken and didn't make ice anymore. Greek squad took care and replaced to new one with no extra cost.

I purchased a new French Door Samsung refrigerator, and decided that the 5 years extension was a fair price. I'm happy with the purchase and the peace of mind that goes with it. The salesperson was great, and very honest!

All in all, this is a very nice fridge. We had a problem after awhile with the ice maker though. Had it replaced free because we were under warrenty. The real issues we had were with the delivery people. The rudest and most incompetent people we've ever dealt with. The morons almost flooded our kitchen after they left. No one at the Geek Squad could help us. I had to personally go to the store and speak with a manager who gave us a small compensation. I will probably not buy any large appliances from Best Buy anymore. Too many problems with delivery people and customer service.

Bought geek extended warranty because of problems other people have had with refrigerators. Price was on sale so I spent the extra on coverage.

I think this is worth the money. I am not super tech savvy so this will be a great asset when I have any problems. They are going to come out next month to install all my purchases.

I bought a $3k+ appliance and the BestBuy warranty is short bucks with better and longer coverage than the manufacturer. As with all warranties, I hope to never use it, but it's easier to work with BB than some manufacturers.

Unlike many warranty programs, Best Buy provides great support and coverage for a great value. Either they repair it in the store fairly quickly or simply replace the item with no questions or hassling. Highly recommended!

bought the service plan customer service let me buy though it had been almost 60 days since purchased bought the kitchen aid refrigerator on an open box deal at $1050 discount of 2800. stole another at best buy lol

I purchased a three-year warranty instead of the five year warranty I went into the store and it was very easy to change geeks one warranties are the best in the game

The Geek squad protection plan is a great product to get on your new purchase. It had save me a couple of times. Or i would had to pay for a expensive bill.
