I have no opinion on the warranty as I have not had to use it. I don't anticipate using it in the near future.

They are very good at answering questions. They won’t cover something if it’s still under manufacturers warranty. I bought a Samsung Fridge (never again) and had food spoilage. They reimbursed me quickly for this.

Just purchased the GEEK squad for my refrigerator for 5 years but it’s expensive if I never have to use it - you may feel waste of time if you don’t break.

Extended warranty is great. We were able to get this new refrigerator under the warranty or prior unit that did not work correctly.

I bought this protection plan for my new refrigerator. I like it because it covers my refrigerator after the manufacturer warranty expires.

I feel comfortable with the 5 years protection planning.

After my last experience with a Samsung refridgerator the 5 year warranty is necessary! Best Buy's offer was competitive and I was told they do not sub the work out like some competitors. Must have it, but I hope I never need it.

I'm glad that Best Buy offers an extended warranty, and for a good price. It's comforting to know that I will not have to worry about my parents being stuck with a repair bill if anything goes wrong with the refrigerator.

Good protection at a good value. Will probably never need it, but it's there if I ever do have a repair.
