Happy I haven't had to use it! Insurance is always a rip off until you need to use it. If you have the funds it provides peace of mind.

Would be good for the garage or basement, been having problems with climate control, very cheap parts, I looking for a different refrigerator unfortunately I still owe on this one, but I am constantly having to replace everything in the fridge/freezer cause the freezer freezes and the fridge doesn't stay cold.

Bought this with my new little freezer. Thought it would be good insurance just in case something went wrong. Don’t usually buy protection plans. Thought I would this time. Great price for 3 years.

I get GS protection on pretty much everything I get from Best Buy, it’s hassle free if you need to use it. No hoops to jump through and no funny business.

Scheduling is easy. Service times are reasonable and technicians are competent. One appliance was replaced with a new unit in a very reasonable time frame.

I am enjoying my freezer, whereas it holds a lot of food and I just love it.
