hope I don't ever end up needing this but it is nice to have the coverage if we have a problem. They also say they cover up to $300 of lost content if the refrigerator goes out during the five year warranty period.

We have been without a correctly functioning fridge for 4 months now. No one in customer service seems to care that there is no solution in sight. One service tech has already 'repaired' the issue and a week later the same problem was back. NUMEROUS service techs have no-called/no-showed or cancelled last minute appointments with us. Today, customer service informed me they would love to reschedule the tech visit (from today, 8/5 that was a no-show), but they can't because there are no available appointment options. It is ridiculous to expect your customer to go 4+ months without a functioning fridge with NO END in sight. Do better, geek squad.

Had to call them twice regarding my computer and both times they helped cleared out stuff not needed and made the speed of my computer faster. Great Job Geek Squad.

Glad I purchased the warranty! It was not expensive to make sure it was covered if anything went wrong! Great price with the appliance package!
