I definitely would say it's worth the extra money to invest in especially when they come to you to fix it and if out for awhile they allot money to replace your groceries if they can't fix in time.

Was told we should purchase an extended warranty on all our appliances by friends because many fridges will start having issues within a year or two.

With appliances more high-tech and digital then they were five ten years ago, you need to make sure your warranting your information because you never know what's going to happen with technology.

NOthing more important than a best buy protection. YOu don't need to go through all the hazzle to contact local repair.

Our refrigerator broke after 1.5 years and it could not be fixed by geek squad or the manufacturer so they replaced it which was great but what they don’t tell you is that you is that the 3.5 years left on the warranty does not transfer over to the new refrigerator. So we’re out $350 for the original warranty and spent $350 on the new warranty. doesn’t seem right.

Sadly have had some prior urchases fail but Geeksquad is easy to arrange repair and replacement more than once. Worth the money on an expensive purchase.

Assuring to know I have this extra protection, just in case.

Excellent Service!!! No doubt about it. We had issues with Refrigerator and dryer, Geek Squad technicians fixed all these issues with no charge.

I love the fact that I purchased this extra protection, the ice maker broke and I was able to get it fixed. The coronavirus added a hick up, but Ingot it done.

Not sure. Have not had a need to use this service yet. But I decided to purchase it because of the cost of repairs for this appliance.

Definitely need this. My LG refrigerator had a problem with the motor 2 years later. Geek Squad replaced it at no charge.

Bought new Samsung double door refrigerator from BestBuy and absolutely need to buy geek squad protection. Have not had any problems with Geek Squad yet since I have not had any breakdowns on my fridge.

Installers came in with the new refrigerator and connected the new hose with ease.
