Haven't had occasion to call them for anything. Installation of our fridge & oven went fine. They did however, in their cleaning-up, take the box the Microwave was packed in-unknowing that the template for mounting the microwave was printed on the box! I created my own & my wife & I hung it without incident.

The delivery Guys were excellent. they moved the fridge into my kitchen which made it very easy for me to hook up and get started. they took all of the cardboard and backing away and did an inspection of the fridge to make sure there was no damange in shipping

I bought this refrigerator 13 months ago and am very pleased with it. Haven’t had any problems with it at all. It is retro looking with the curved doors. Cools well. Delivery went great and they reversed the doors for me. This is smaller than my previous frig but holds everything I need for a one person household. Freezer is a bit small. I have thermometers in both freezer and refrigerator areas and they both hold temps well. Would recommend for people living alone or couples.

Last people who installed our refrigerator were AMAZING! Watch them Best Buy needs to make sure hire the right people we had really BAD experience with people installing our refrigerator. We had to almost change the same refrigerator 4 times because of their neglect installers. They even damaged our wooden floors. It was really a nightmare but Best Buy stepped up and made right! Such a good relief. Btw our refrigerator is the best, we loved it!

I will never buy another appliance without GSP because most appliances will not last 3+ years - like it or not, thats the state of the things today. We have also tried Assurion thru Home Depot and GSP is 100x better - the phone service is easier to use, the technicians seem to be more knowledgeable and easier to work with. One time, Assurion sent a "technician" that did such a sloppy job with reassembly that we had to have a 2nd appointment to fix their issues.

Let's face it these days machinery appliances and technology can all fail, and they usually do. But if you have this kind of protection especially from Best buy you can't go wrong. What's better paying a few dollars for 5-year protection or paying several thousand dollars down the line because you didn't buy the protection in the first place?

Great deal with a new application. Hope we don’t have to use it but it’s there if needed.

I have t had to use the geek squad protection on my refrigerator yet, but based on past purchases it’s most definitely useful. While pricy it can save you a lot of money in the long run.

I highly recommend purchasing the Geek Squad 5-year insurance plan for any appliance. We bought this with a refrigerator 4-1/2 years ago. Had recurring issues with the ice maker and since parts could not be acquired to repair it, we received 100% of the purchase price for the refrigerator to put toward a new replacement. Be advised that Geek Squad has up to 30 days to deliver parts, so repairs can take a while if parts are not readily available. Geek Squad dispatch team was easy to contact and nice to work with. They explained everything and assured me that if I was in a "no cool" condition that they would have activated coverage more quickly.

They have good and professional service and they are so careful about the floor and walls when they installing appliances

The service was great, the guys were on time, actually he called because he come a little early, polite, took care about shoes on marble floors, very helpful. Gave tips and gave me some helpful hints on some of the features on my Refigerator.

Purchased Geek Squad protection then needed service . It was eazy to set up then fixed. Then a problem arose extensive work done. After repairs it failed twice more for same problem and repaired. I couldn't get a replacement even due to same problem multiple times. So I would of given them 5 stars if they stood behind their replacement policy.

The agents hooked up my refrigerator and took the old refrigerator and put it in the basement. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends. They did a fantastic job. I will always go with Best Buy and the geek squad. Good job guys!!!

love my new refrigerator! So much room in fridge and freezer. Love the sleek look and clear drawers. Can believe how much i can store on doors. looks great in my new kitchen.

I've had the protection plan for my fridge and will not live without it now. The agents were amazing and thankfully we had this warranty or else we would have had to buy a new fridge.

Excellent service. They'll come over set it up for you they really care about their products. And then make sure everything's working For you and and they check everything before they go and they also remind you to call if anything's wrong

Haven’t used it yet but it gives me piece of mind that the used machine I bought is under warranty.

Love this refrigerator. Its very spacious and stores alot of food which is why i love it and the sleek design is a plus. Very nice.

I purchased a new refrigerator with the 3 year protection. When the refrigerator arrived the delivery men unwrapped it outside and checked for damage. The water dispenser was hanging off the door, wires showing. They apologized and reordered a new one right away. I always have great delivery service. I purchase the protection on all my appliances and electronics. I had a washer replaced with a new one that stopped working. We've had several items replaced with the protection so I highly recommend purchasing this extra.

Have not had to use the geek squad for this product,, but have used them in the past and 150% would recommend them for my electronics.
