my chest was bought in to garage and set up where i wanted, i trusted Best Buy also believed it's always great idea to buy protection plans to protect your products, yes, i 100% recommended.

Got to use once after buying a tv that didn’t work

Thankful to have this for my new refrigerator, but luckily I have not had to use it

Great price and hope never to have to use the warranty not it is there of I do!!

Haven’t used it yet and we hope we wont have to. We bought it because of past purchases.

I hope I never need this but since I doubt the samsung will last 42 years like my previous Frigidaire, I paid for a 5 year extended warranty. I wish it was for 10 years. I will know if I recommend the Geek Squad only if I use them. I hope I don't but it is hard to say as I've only had the fridge 10 days.

Really nice fridge. day one I had a issue with leak inside the fridge that lasted a couple weeks. Samsung customer service thought it was the filter. It was replaced and we still had the leak. Turned out to be a piece the hold the filter that was cracked. Samsung did pretty well to get the issue fixed with no charge. I don’t have any issue now.

They are great and super intelligent to install my 85 inch tv super quickly 100% recommended

Hopefully I'll never need them for repairs on my fridge but the install was great and they handled my merchandise with care

I would recommend Geek Squad for every appliance you buy from best buy. They came as needed when you having problems with your appliances

The refrigerator is nice but my experience with best buy not so much. I had a refrigerator that had water n ice machine and person that came to hook up refrigerator would not hook it up unless i paid to have new waterline ran. Also they tore my kitchen floor and still waiting for issue to be resolved. Eventhough the installer knew he did it and took a picture before he left.

I am glad I bought 5 years warranty for my fridge. It gives peace of mind

Besy Buy GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION PLANS are the best! You can't go wrong, when something breaks, and let's face it, everything eventually does! Best Buy is out in a flash to fix it.

I ALWAYS and I mean always include the price of extended warranty service into the price of an appliance now a days. And Geek Squad IS the best bunch of techs out there of late. As with ALL things this may change. I can only hope not. because, as of now, I will swear by them. But so I did "the other Major warranty outfit that was "crafty" and went under" I definitely can see Best Buy and Geek Squad is still on the move up and hungery for my business. SO, 5 Stars Guys. Keep it up!!! or I will be gone ; )

Geek squad protection plans have always been great for us in the past. No problems getting something exchanged/fixed.

I used to think service contracts were a waste of money. Than within the last 2 years, my dishwasher died, my oven needed repair, AND our top of the line LG French Door compressor died after less than a year. The Geek Squad handled it ALL, new LG comes WEDNESDAY. I understand stuff happens.....the GEEK SQUAD helps you get through the STUFF. They are one of the MAIN reasons I use Best Buy for EVERYTHING!
