The agents delivered installed and explained all the features of our new LG refrigerator. While doing so they were pleasant, friendly and professional. They took as ling as was needed for us feel good about our purchase.

one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. installer tried to remove water line from refrigerator before shutting the water off, then told me I needed a plumber to install because a pipe was leaking. I did something dumb. I forgot my plastic dish was in the oven. I was preheating and smelled melting Barbie smells. Instantly I knew I messed up! I called the geek squad because I thought the racks were unsalvageable. The melted plastic had hardened seemingly everywhere on the racks! It also managed to drip below onto the bottom of the oven. I was devastated. When the tech came out he had special tools to remove the plastic and not scratch the special coating. When he left, the oven looked like nothing happened. I was so glad I got the geek squad protection plan!

On all major appliances or products, I always purchase the Geek Squad Protection. I have contacted the Geek Squad twice due to installation issues on two separate appliances and found them to be responsive, professional and handled each installation issue perfectly - above expectation. Luckily, my appliances have not had any issues, however, I have total confidence in the Geek Squad if the need arises.

6 yr old refrigerator broke down so we were in the market for a new one quickly. Best Buy for the win as they had the exact one we wanted n sale and available the next week. Install was well-done by their delivery team and we couldn’t be happier with the product and delivery install. Thanks Best Buy!!!

i personally advise anyone buying a major appliance to get the geek protection plan because you never know when you will need it and having this plan can save you thousands

I have recently purchased a new refrigerator with the Geek Squad service plan. I have always found the Geek Squad folks to be easy to work with and they are exceptionally helpful. I hope to not need them for my new purchase, but I know if I have a challenge, they will provide great assistance.

Mr Ed and his partner were on time, very polite and explained thoroughly what was wrong with my newly purchased appliance from Best Buy. I will be receiving a replacement in just a few days. I was very impressed by how thorough and knowledgeable they were in first trying to correct the problem.

They did an amazing job installing the fridge and were very professional.

Helped my husband and I figure out what we needed to do with the issues we were having with our brand new refrigerator.

I ordered this just a few weeks ago and I’m so happy I did. I love the soft close and I have kids that like to leave the fridge open and the beeping sound alerts them to close the door. That’s one less thing for me to fuss about lol. It’s so brings and the water and ice machine is perfect. I recommend this.

Hope to not need to use it, but peace of mind knowing I have protection in the event I do. I have used GS protection in the past and it was well worth the small up front cost.

Anytime you can get extended coverage you hope you don’t need it but you have that piece of mind that should something go wrong, you have help that knows what they are doing. I’ve used them in the past and they have been life savers. Highly recommend spending the little extra money so you sleep at night worry free as we all know anything can and will go wrong these days completely out of our control.
