Great product! The service delivery was great on time, setup within 20 minutes and provided instructions about the refrigerator. Scheduling was easy!

Samsung makes a great product but anything can happen like line surge, early part failure etc... So we always buy the protection plan,

fast and efficient. Came in and did a nice job installing and clearing all debris after.

Easy to use when you need it and it actually covers issues!

Absolutely love this refrigerator. Lots of space in the refrigerator and freezer.

It’s well worth it and always get this coverage on any appliance or electronic items we purchase at Best Buy.

I ALWAYS get my products insured when it comes to anything with technology. I highly recommend you do the same as technology breaks without even being touched. I unfortunately have experienced that with a laptop going out 6 months after the manufacturer warranty ended. It was keep up very nicely and nothing was done wrong on my part. Yes you pay more for insurance but technology can never be trusted---- even when purchased new.

When I bought this fridge I knew it was the best, but for some reason I got the warranty and right away it crossed my mind it wasn't the smartest decision . How wrong was I . Later when it broke down I couldn't stop thinking what a scam the warranty had been .But my wife convinced me to call and to my surprise all of a sudden it became the greatest deal ever . They went through as agreed in the contract . What an opposite as with other warranties .I would definitely recommend it !

The geek squad service is great but the only thing i didnt lik is the the gentleman who came out was not honest because we were suppose to get a refund and he put our refund towards a 5 year warranty on our refrigerator which we did not need necause we already purchased the geek squad protection.

I love this fridge so far i like the look and the water and ice dispensers are separate you don't have keep hitting the buttons to change. Which will make the wear less on the panel, it is more spacious than i thought and it doesn't show the fingerprints on the doors and handles for less cleaning. No dislikes yet.

The BEST service I have ever bought. The quickly work to try and solve my problem with my LG, sadly the company sent didn’t really work with LG well and couldn’t fix it. They quickly reimburse me, no questions ask, no hassle, no paper filling, just quickly gave me store credit of what I paid once it was deem it couldn’t be fix. They were always friendly and work quickly to set up the dates for fixing and try everything they could. HIGHLY recommend them for any of your equipment.

I purchased this Freezer less than 18 months ago and had it delivered. We returned from vacation 2 days ago and found it had died and all the meat inside was spoiled. I purchased the protection plan when I purchased it so I thought the repair would be taken care of easily and some kind of compensation for the spoiled product would be given. When I contacted the support team to have it repaired I found out just how wrong I was. Somehow I am supposed to pack up a large appliance and bring it to their store to have it repaired. I had to have it delivered so it goes without saying I haven't got the vehicle to do this or for that matter the physical ability. I am disgusted by the Geek Squad's service agreement terms which were NOT made clear at the time of purchase AND the protection plan I did purchase is not longer offered or available to read online. I will NEVER buy from Best Buy again as long as this is how they treat their customers.

I live the 3 doors and its very spacious. Water and ice dispenser was a plus.

Glad i have not had to use the warranty service but happy to have the piece of mind if something were to happen.

These guys came out to repair my refrigerator several times. They couldn't fix it because the parts from Samsung were bad. They gave me a voucher to replace the refrigerator. When I chose the second refrigerator they delivered it, set it up, and hauled the old one away. (old refrigerator was less than 1 year old). Kudos to these guys for their patience and determination to keep a customer happy.

With the high cost of repairs I thought this a practical move. Factory warranties typically only last one year and dealing with the factory can be more problematic. I bought the 5 year plan for my whirlpool refrigerator. Its covered from top to bottom for 5 years. If anything goes wrong Best Buy's Geek Squad owns the problem. They'll even replace the frig if after three attempts to repair it do not fix the issue. I have not used the service so far so I do not know how well they do their thing however. I gave the plan a 5 star for the top to bottom responsibility for 5 years straight that Geek Squad provides.

The guys are great and knowledgeable. Very professional too!
