They did a great job with installation and where friendly

The Geek Squad protection plan is a must have for modern appliances since you don't know where the components are made. If one thing goes out, and they don't make the component anymore, you would be out of luck. 3 years is a good length of time for worry free use. We actually needed to use this on our German gas dryer and the protection plan was well worth the money with that one use.

Already had to use the warranty on relatively new Fridge/freezer because I was not getting any ice. Unfortunately, they did not send a Geeksquad person but a third party who said I had to get a new replacement. Ism glad I called the manufacturer who sent a person and they replaced the mother board.

I buy the 5 years on all my appliances l lost a tv because a part went bad they came to my house found the problem said they didn’t make that part anymore so l got a brand new TV

We got an excellent deal. It was open box. It was in great condition. We love it.

Our product broke the first year, Geek Squad told us to contact the manufacturer for repair. We got a full refund for product from Manufacturer. When we asked for our Geek Squad money back, they took money out for the first year of use. We said we didn’t use it. They said it didn’t matter and the GS warranty started the day of purchase. We argued that we used the manufacturer warranty. So you pay for 5 years but GS only warranty’s it 4 years and you use the manufacturer warranty the first year.

Service was very good. They knew what they were doing. They put it in well I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

This was a life saver. Glad we purchased it. They ended up replacing the entire refrigerator because they couldn't get someone to come fix it. They brought the new fridge, hooked it up and took the broke one.

We've had this service for 2 yrs now and feel it is very much worth the price. We've used the service mostly by telephone and it had helped us out since my husband is now working from home due to covid. The service was instrumental in helping him get set up with the computer for work in a timely manner. In the past, we've used the service to hook everything up for us when we've moved as well.

Geek Squad has been great. I get one-on-one attention and all my questions are answered. If I don't understand they will take the time to explain things in layman's terms. Great expeience.

I highly recommend geek squad protection to everyone. I bought a refrigerator 3 years ago and kept having problems. After several repairs (which they were great at coming out), they decided to replace it even though I still had two more years on my plan. So when I went to get my replacement at full value, I didn’t hesitate to purchase the plan again. It’s worth it.

It is more spacious than our previous refrigerator. The doors have plenty of space for condiments and bottles of wine. The media hub is perfect for listening to music while you cook, and adding our own photos was a nice touch.

Brand new dishwasher received with defective handle. We live in a rural town so no factory reps available and no local Best Buy (miles away). They made provisions for me to have the part ordered and installed by a local appliance repair store in our little town. Geek Squad had me pay the local person and they reimbursed me via a debit card for the full amount of the repair. Worked like a charm. Thanks.

This may be the only way to get BB attention. I've recently purchased this fridge for my rental house at the store with my rewards number and the purchase shows up, as does the purchase of the 5 year plan, but it doesn't show under my Geek squad plans and services. I have to hunt for it. and the receipts are only on there for two years. What will I do then? It happened with a stove I bought a little over a year ago.
