You cant go wrong with a protection plan it covers your item and if the item can not be repaired they will gladly exchange for equal value or pay a difference and upgrade do not forget to insure your upgrade highly recommend.....

This is the best purchase! My washer and dryer are under the geek squad warranty. My dryer broke down, made a call and it was fixed, nothing out of pocket.

We have a 5 year old and he is extremely independent. Fridge high is always frustrating for him, so we were excited to see the lower draw so perfect for his use, even for my mom (older people) is great! ALSO, this fridge lowered our monthly electric bills tremendously. It is so large that everything is perfectly organized. I even added thick paper towels on the shells so my cleaning routine is greatly minimized. We LOVE our fridge!!!

Wouldn't recommend this service to EVERY product, but on a fridge for example, having the backing for 5 years for a product that can be a pain to fix is worth it.

We wouldnt get any of our appliances without this warranty. It has been amazing in the past, they would come out and fix everything, wouldnt buy any appliance without it!

The delivery guys were amazing and did a great job bringing the whole thing up to the third floor. Give them a raise man.

They helped us pick it out and super fast got in my car!

Geek Squad is a must have whenever I purchase an appliance because, for me, they do an excellent job. If I ever need to have them come out for installations, over the phone advice, etc. they're prompt, friendly, and efficient.

Highly highly highly recommend having this. Our ice maker in our fridge stop working correctly and they were able to come out and fix it right away. Super friendly super service too!

Service members were cordial and communicated well. They were able to get the job done and answer questions. Just wish they had explained before they left why they didn’t plug in the fridge.

We purchased he warrenty with our new refrigerator. We have never had to use a Best Buy extended warrenty but seemed to be a no brainer. With the price of a new refrigerator and the manufactures not making them to last a fractrion of time as the older mechanical units, this gives some peace of mind when dropping a couple of thousand dollars on an appliance and the manufacturer only offers a 1 year warrenty.

I haven't had to use it, yet. After my previous washers lasting between 5-10 years, I'm hoping this will extend the life of the one I just purchased. Stay tuned.

I purchased this extended plan for an insignia 21 cubic foot freezer. I did it more for a cautionary because I have never had a problem with any insignia products.

The service of the warranty was worth the price of the fridge.

Purchasing the Standard Geek Squad Protection has always provided me with a level of comfort. Hence, I recommend purchasing it in the event that issues develop.

The warranty on this refrigerator was cheaper at Best Buy as compared to Home Depot and Lowe's for the same time period. I usually don't buy the warranty but I decided to get it because these refrigerators are supposed to break down after 3 years. I hope I don't have to use the warranty but if I do I hope it won't be a huge hassle.

We bought all of our new appliances and a couple of tv's this year and put Geek Squad Protection on everything! One of the TVs we bought went bad in the first week we owned it, and Geek Squad handled everything to get it replaced for us (even after the manufacture claimed it was not covered under their warranty). For people that think this is not worth the money.....sorry but you are wrong! Worth every penny!
