The delivery guys were awesome. They measure to make sure they could get into the house without issue. They removed and reconnected doors. They were very polite. Also explained everything to me.

Installed water line for fridge, new wifi and modem. I was told I would notice a "speed up" but nope, no speed up. I think that is more due to the fact that my laptop is old, old, old. There were 2 young men who came and they were very efficient and patient with this older female who is not very good with computers.

This is truly a nice product to have when the item purchased is expensive . I have had purchased this product on other items purchased and so far I have not been disappointed

I have purchased several Geek Squad protection plans during my relationship with Best Buy. I have NEVER walked away from my using one of them without feeling I was treated fairly. If you are on the line trying to decide if you should go with them for extra protection, jump across to the Geek Squad side and be prepared to be taken care of! Don't let me down Geek Squad! You have my official stamp of approval.

Why in the world would you not buy the geek squad protection plan? For an appliance package or HD TV you're spending over a thousand dollars. For up to $249.00 (depending on how much you spend), this is cheap insurance. $50.00 a year, for a 5 year coverage. I bet you spend $50.00 dollars a week at your local coffee shop. In my opinion, buy the extended warranty, so your expensive item is covered.

I just recently used my Geek Squad warranty to replace a Whirlpool Refrigerator that had been giving us nothing but problems from the very start. After several attempts at trying to fix it, the Geek Squad stepped in and replaced my refrigerator with a new one and a different brand, by my choice. Excellent warranty.

We decided to purchase the extended warranty for our new Whirlpool Refrigerator. We are glad that we did. A friend's new refrigerator "went out" three years after purchasing it and they are happy to have bought the added warranty. --thomas B. Downers Grove

This refrigerator has tons of functions and all them work as described in the manual. I did not find any problem in connecting with wifi, Pandora, TV, AP, calendar. I do not have Samsung phone so I cannot comment. Cooling, lighting, space, freezer all found to be perfect so far. No leaks, very quiet, and obviously looks great. Only thing I miss from old GE refrigerator is the cup measuring system, which is not provided in it.

You cannot beat peace of mind at this price! We have previously had home warranty and found it expensive and useless! Geek Squad rocks!

A must have, highly recommend getting this protection on any newer appliance as they unfortunately not built liek they used to be, this easily paid for itself in no time

This a great refrigerator that provides plenty of space for all your food. It has extra storage of ice in your freezer.

Every appliance I buy I get the extended warranty and it has paid for it self and more. Nothing is made as good as it used to be. I’ve had my appliances worked on by geek squad many times over the years and they do a great job and have had appliances replaced before.

Haven’t used it yet hopefully won’t have too but I’m comfortable with the price

Peace of mind, just so we have it. Hope we never have to use it, but when we do, like a better neighbor, Best Buy is there?

I bought geek squad protection reluctantly and realized it is worth every penny. Thanks for the recommendation of the sales person. The Samsung refrigerator got issues after a year with ice buildup, and voila geek squad team stepped in to fix the problem, they also did pay for the spoilage. All this during peak of COVID-19.

Replaced the broken fridge with a new one, no problem. Even took the time to find a different brand/model in the same price range. Extraordinarily kind staff.

I have Geek Squad for my electronics and keep renewing it yearly. This option was specific to the fridge and I felt the price was worth it. Will cover almost everything. Still have the warranty obviously, but know that after that, the Geek Squad will be able to help if, heaven forbid it fails.

Definitely a great deal in protecting our appliances

Great durable refrigerator Only cons is that u need to keep it clean easily magnet for finger prints.

Have had a few issues with computers in the past but they are always helpful even if they cannot resolve the issue.
