Our first warranty with our first refrigerator was great in getting our money back for the fridge, being we had it less then 7 months when it started acting up. The warranty we lost when we bought a new fridge, being we "gave back" the fridge. Which I wasn't happy about, due to the fact we wouldn't have to "give back" the fridge if it could have been fixed. So kinda like throwing that money away in my book. Like I said, not happy.

Had a refrigerator with manufacturing defects. Fortunately, we had an extended service policy. Therefore would not purchase another refrigerator without an extended service policy Geek Squad.

There was no problem with entering our home or maneuvering to get to the kitchen. They were great

worth the price. Feel secure knowing I have a great team to back me up when devices are not working at their best

It’s nice to know that you have additional protection should anything go wrong…

I would highly recommend get the extra protection for your higher price items.I had to use it on a friidge and it worked out great.

So far so good ; they have been responsive though I have only engaged with them due to the installation, we will have to see how it is after a while.

Hopefully we don't get to use this insurance, but it does offer the peace of mind you have someone to call if things go bad.. Thanks

Got my 5yrs warranty purchase. My first LG refrigerator stopped working just before the warranty ended. Called Best Buy repair service came to house. Refrigerator serviceman decided i need a new refrigerator and that's what I got.

We got this along with the Insignia 18.6 Cu. Ft. Bottom Freezer Refrigerator because... just in case! Hopefully we won't have to use it, though.

Bought a refrigerator and it was leaking after install.I called Geeksquad And made appointment but had to wait 2 weeks. I thought it should have been faster. They came out day of appointments and fixed fridge real quick. Very happy with the repair job that they did.i would recommend Geeksquad but they should hire more employees to cut down on the wait time.

It stands to reason with any new appliance you need a Geek Squad warranty with all the electronics and high tech that can go awry (it’s no longer your reliable appliances of yesteryear). Do yourself a huge favor and get one!

We used this protection when our freezer stopped working and all the meat inside spoiled. The replacement freezer was delivered and we had to restock it, but we did file a claim for the spoiled food. I believe we had the check for the claim within a week.

Bought a kitchen aid refrigerator. It hums/buzzes so loud I had a technician come out; only to find this is normal for this particular model. I do not think this refrigerator will last up to its warranty and I am so glad I purchased this extended warranty.

It’s great to have an extend warranty for a piece of mind. The only two things I didn’t like about the warranty is, a three year warranty runs concurrently with the manufacturer warranty which means you pay for 3 years but actually get two years. The other thing is if you have an issue within that first year Geek Squad will directly to contact the manufacturer. That’s crazy, my thoughts are why am I paying you?
