Hi, I truly loved the store in Mount Dora FL. Everyone was very eager to help and the employees experience are extremely great.

Bought for a rental property. Seamless installation and when purchased it was one of the only units in stock. It has been fine since it was installed.

It was a good delivery and no damage to the product we purchased as well as the great job for the installation. The service team who delivered and installed our brand new refrigerator did an excellent job.

I am a front line healthcare worker battling the coronavirus pandemic and father of four. We had the misfortune of buying a Samsung refrigerator from Bestbuy for close to $3000 that has been a real lemon! We have had a dozen service calls since it was new. Fortunately we bought the geek squad protection plan. Unfortunately our refrigerator has had no cooling for two weeks and the geek squad cannot come out to repair it due to the pandemic. This is the fourth service call for no cooling. BestBuy and the geek squad have abandoned us. Instead of replacing this lemon of a refrigerator, they said it has to be repaired (AGAIN!) but they cannot come out to repair it because of the pandemic. They even suggested for me to hire my own repairman and submit the bill, however, this too is impossible given the pandemic. As a result I am left without a working refrigerator while trying to limit unnecessary trips to the store. I am left battling both the coronavirus pandemic and BestBuy/geek squad. BestBuy and the geek squad need to stand behind their products (refrigerator and insurance) and do what is both right/fair and replace my defective refrigerator!

Good service, reliable, when your items start failing it good to have this service to get your items fixed.

I am a huge fan of purchasing extended warranties with the Geek Squad for all of my electronic and appliance purchases. I have rarely had to use the warranties, but having the sound of mind is worth the small fee for the added coverage. I'm a big fan of Geek Squad coverage!

Considering what you get out of the Geek Squad coverage, it is quite a good value when buying for high valued, complicated equipment.

Required item fo any appliance. Bought if for a chest freezer and im glad i did.

Lots of storage, very sturdy shelves and many options to move the shelves to optimal spot.

I purchase an occasional extended service plan. I'm glad I did on the last freezer, it went out and we lost almost everything. The only problem was we had over $300. in food and was paid only $200.

Geek squad is definitely worth purchasing. Great customer service and willing to help you out. They make sure they get the job right

Make sure you are considering the size of the product when buying. If the size of your item doesn’t fit to a certain category, you will have to bring the item to the shop to get checked out. Example, deep freezer. Yes, bring that thing to the shop.

I gave it 4 stars because I haven’t had to use the warranty and hopefully, I wont have to.

3 year standard geek squad protection gives me the peace of mind needed for appliances should it be needed especially with devices that are not available and aren't as long lasting as previous models.

I'm not a fan of paying for additional insurance but if the price is right and the appliance is on sale, it's a win. The only draw back it is a 3 year plan for refrigerators

This is awesome. You can get your appliance serviced with little to nothing spent. I get all my appliances & TV's inspected & serviced each year.

Hopefully, I won't need this for my fridge but its piece of mind knowing that its there.
