If I ever need it ,it is worth paying for it which was not a bad price for 3 years

We always get extra coverage on expensive appliances. This has always worked out for us when an appliance goes out after a couple of years for some reason.

I don’t like that we don’t get the amount of the protection back but still a good deal to get what you paid for item back

Bought for my son and Daughter in law. They love it.

The Geek Squad Product Protection Plan is great! You never know when you'll need it or if Geek Squad will be needed to repair/fix any issue. I always get the plans for my purchases as extra protection.

Geek squad knows there stuff polite took little time diagnosing the problem

My item was delivered and left in the middle of my kitchen. I did not realize that there was a check box somewhere that indicated i wanted the delivery person to put the fridge in place and remove the packaging. Service has been a nightmare. I understand that we are all short-staffed, but waiting 2 weeks to get an appointment then another 2 weeks for the part to be replaced it ridiculous.

Probably never happen, but just in case it breaks down two days after the manufacturer's warranty expires.

We have not had to use it and feel the Geek Squad will provide excellent service if needed.

Haven’t needed to use it. Hopefully we won’t have any problems in the future with the appliance.

We recommend the 3 year warranty with the refrigerator purchase. We had an issue with the freezer and it was nice to have under warranty!

So far have not had to use the warranty, which I am perfectly fine with of course. Nice piece of mind if we do in the future.

The usage area is very wide. It holds all the food and drinks. The cold water and ice machine works very well.

Agents removed my old appliance quickly and efficiently. The new one was put in place and hooked up very quickly. I got a quick tutorial on my appliance’s functions and a manual for further information.
