I have worked with Geek Squad before and it has always been a pleasant experience, so to me purchasing this was a no brainer.

I haven't needed to use it but figured I'd purchase the 5 year plan. covers just about anything if it goes out. my old refrigerator didn't have it and just to have it looked at cost the price of the 5 year plan. hope I don't have to use it but glad I have in just in case.

Glad I got this service. My fridge needed to be replaced because it had a problem and they worked it out smoothly.

It’s always good to have protection on any valuable item you buy, at the end you’re going to be happy and relieved when something bad happens because they will fix it or replace it for you.

I always purchase Best Buy's GSP on "high ticket items" and my experience with them have always been good.

Decided to buy a three year warranty after 1st unit's ice maker was not working. Best Buy easily agreed to allow the purchase even though I did mot purchase with initial purchase.

The delivery and installation on my television set was made very simple and easy. I would recommend the geek squad for anyone who is purchasing a new product from Best Buy.

Not yet needed but very easy to add. We are confident they will work fine

I always buy protection since appliances always run into issues. Geek squad protection has saved me many times.

The extra warranty is all worth it. I have had 2 items that have not been repairable and they have done what they say they will do. I highly recommend the extra protection.

I called the Qeek squad about the dent on my new Samsung refrigerator. I decide to see what kind of discount I can get for it. I was very happy with the amount.

When I called for service, the agent was on time and did an excellent job for what I needed.
