I have not been able to use the warranty yet but it is good to purchase a warrant on any appliances or anything to make sure you are coved with any damages that may occur.

I have used the Geek Squad service to mount my TVs, check my web connectivity and install cameras. My husband is not handy so it really helps to have someone to count on to rectify issues and do updates.

GeekSquad protection is one of the best offered by BestBuy. I have several expensive tech products from BestBuy and I got all of them covered with this service.

In todays market all electronics are disposable and problematic. if you do not know how to fix them yourself, then the Geek Squad is the way to go. They have made adjustments or corrected many problems over the first 6 months of the warranty.

Geek Squad Protection Plan is a no brainer. Came out several times for issues I was having ordered the parts I needed and fixed the issues I had.

just bought so not sure how good it would be. liked longer period of 5 years as other competitors are 3 or 4 years for the longest

We always buy the geek squad protection with the way things are made today, hard getting parts, labor, and the cost associated.

Beware of these service plans, these types of "warranties" seem harder and harder to use. I have normally purchased my large appliances from Best Buy because of the service plans, but I am considering going elsewhere in the future. Fridge has been having an issue and I called to get the fridge serviced, they tell me that the fridge has a warranty with the manufacturer for 10 years parts and 5 years labor. I spent two hours trying to get ahold of Whirlpool and finally talking to them they confirm that but the warranty does not cover the service call to see what is wrong with the fridge, so I am geek squad tells me this time they won't authorize the service call without a RMA number that I need to get from the manufacturer, so I have to waste more time now to get this information. I was a big believer of Best Buy and Geek Squad, this has changed by this whole experience.

So much room! The middle drawer is just wonderful for my 92 year old Mom. All her snacks where she can reach them without hunting. Love the freezer on the bottom with the extra drawer for smaller items.

This fridge is by far one of the best ones we have had. Freezer and fridge space is huge!
