We love Geek Squad protection. And after dealing with Samsung on our last fridge, I won't get theirs again, and I will get this protection! No issues!

I have no opinion on the warranty as I have not had to use it. I don't anticipate using it in the near future.

Would be good for the garage or basement, been having problems with climate control, very cheap parts, I looking for a different refrigerator unfortunately I still owe on this one, but I am constantly having to replace everything in the fridge/freezer cause the freezer freezes and the fridge doesn't stay cold.

Really glad we purchased this and look forward to not having to use it, but having it gives us peace of mind. Activation process was simple and fast.

It takes a lot of stress out of a large purchase knowing you can rely on experts should things go wrong. Very happy I got the extra protection!
