No problems with Geek Squad service protection. Have used for other products. But not this one. Hopefully, let keep it that way.

This has saved us tons of money on little minor repairs here and there!

Okay, if you like giving money away the Geek Squad protection is for you. When we purchased our fridge we were informed that the geek squad protection would take over once the factory warranty ended. Every time we had to have our fridge repaired we were told the geek squad guys were just all booked up and it would need to go thru whirlpool direct. After two dozen repairs we find out that the fridge - that should have been replaced - is no longer covered. So essentially we gave Best Buy money to fix a fridge that they never had any intention to fix and didn't even schedule the service to fix. The way this warranty works is complete garbage, the service on it is garbage, the customer service is garbage. Maybe I shouldn't say that, garbage becomes something useful when it's broken down. There is nothing about the geek squad name, service, or warranty that is of any value to anyone on planet earth. Do yourself a favor and save your money.

Glad I have this warrant but also I am hoping my new appliances are so good I won't have to use it.

You're making a big mistake if you don't protect your major purchase investment for your home.

I know that I was have extra coverage on my product just in case something may happen. Call Geek Squad is friendly of helping me set up my product.

All I can say about the Geek Squad is Awesome, awesome service, awesome nothing more to say....reliable, knowledgeable, and again awesome.

We have not used the service yet, but the cost seemed appropriate for the protection.

Everyone says Samsung refrigerators are something to worry about. nothing to worry about here now that i have the geeksquad warranty.

Because my new LG Fridge has so many different options, I thought the extended warranty would be worth it in case something goes wrong.

We purchase almost all of our electronics through best buy because of the great experiences we have had for coverage of items.

Hopefully I will never need the extended warranty but I have it just in case.

I would suggest buying into the geek squad plan. This takes the worry out of problems that arise if any. Geek squad has always benefited our family on important and high cost appliances.

Had nasty experience in the past when Best Buy used 3rd party tech. But now that Geek Squad does it all, and have had them out here once already, it's a MUCH better experience.

It was helpful but some things aren’t covered.. but those that aren’t part of the plan can still get fixed by recommended venders

I highly recommend this warranty, because of its value and its ease of use.

I almost always take out the 5 year Geek Squad Coverage especially on big size products.
