    Definitely recommend getting geek squad insurance for big expensive items. It will help saves you money on having to buy a new fridge.

    This an excellent fridge, but the ice maker is faulty. She you decide to purchase the fridge make sure you the extended warranty.

    6 months after purchasing my fridge the ice maker broke. Took less than 5 minutes on the phone with Geek Squad protection to have a replacement part sent out to be. Was hassle free.

  • Missing Deli drawer. No help from customer support

    The refrigerator is missing the deli drawer. I can’t get in touch with customer support to replace it. DONT purchase from Best Buy. Their customer support agents don’t answer the phone.

    I haven't had to use them from any of my new purchases yet but I've used them in the past and they fixed my laptop with no problem.
