this is a necessary item. My prior fridge had a lot of issues with its ice maker and without this service i would have had a lot of troubles. In the end they refunded me my money to buy a new fridge.

I picked up at store and installed it myself. Did not use Geek Squad.

They came out right away when I had an issue with my dryer. And since it wasn't working properly they made the progress of replacing it very easy. After this I will be buying all my major appliances with Greek Squad Protection. Its worth the money.

Going great and kids love to draw on it. Screen is good. Water filter needs quick replacements. Else all good.

I love the Geek Squad! They are always so friendly and patient. Besides that they all have a wealth of knowledge about a wide variety of products. If they don’t know they will defer to someone who does.

The technicians delivered and mounted my refrigerator and provided me with the necessary operating instructions and filter usage

Best Buy has the best protection plans out there. I had use get a TV repaired and since they couldn’t repair it. They replaced it and gave me the exact value of the TV that I paid for it 3 years earlier. I now buy geek squad protection on all items!

Greek squad protection is awesomefor have the feeling of insurance if there is a problem!

Love theprotection plan. Just dont like that they use third parties and easy process may get complicated if many involved

I mean for the price, it’s a great value. $79 will cover my freezer contents due to malfunction? That’s worth it right there

Haven't had to use this and hopefully won't need too!! It is nice for the piece of mind and not having to renew the manufactures warranty every year. I only buy these for big ticket items and only had to used this warranty once before and was pleased with the experience.

An excellent product, silent and does not take up much space, I recommend it 100%

Would not buy anything without geek squad protection. Bought a game console for my kids recently, it broke like a moth after and i got it fixed no questions asked. For peace of mind and to protect your investment you are better off getting the service.

They did really great job on fixing, they were so much helpful replacing old to new

Easy pickup and a great value for a freezer. The fact that they replace food if it breaks is a real plus.
