Ecelent i lo e it have not had issues just defrosting

Paid for the service, but technician had to refer to out side agents to install water line. They did a good job can’t complain

Great customer service easy and fast service good communication

As you can see we do quite a bit of business with Best Buy. Good selection, great prices and the best hassle free protection plan I've ever had to deal with. Things break, usually out of warranty, be prepaired.

Bought geek extended warranty because of problems other people have had with refrigerators. Price was on sale so I spent the extra on coverage.

The Geek squad protection plan is a great product to get on your new purchase. It had save me a couple of times. Or i would had to pay for a expensive bill.

I bought this 5 year warranty because I've had problems in the past with other fridges and I'm glad I had it then, hopefully it will cover me now on this on if need be. Good price.

The delivery/installation people were great. They hooked up the ice maker and levelled the refrigerator.

I am a firm believer in getting extra protection on expensive appliances. They have come in handy more times.than not. Save your self the headache and money later on and get the extra protection. It is well worth it.

Geek squad noticed a few dings on the refrigerator as soon as they unpacked it. They were able to call geek squad/best buy and get us a partial refund.

Best Buy brought the wrong fridge, then 3 fridges that didn't work until we finally got a different (working fridge). Therefore, you must have a warranty!
