I haven't had to use the geek squad for this appliance at this time. I have used them before and they were great. I know it will be the same.

Have to purchase one of these at times like this.Never know when this bad boy is gonna give out.And i cant fix this thing on the weekend

I bought this for my new Samsung French Door refrigerator and am glad I did. They are fast and courteous all the time. The problem with my equipment was resolved fast and am happy.

The Geek Squad Protection plan gives me piece of mind when I make a big or expensive purchase. I know it is protected if anything should go wrong. They really stand behind their word.

Definitely a must have one purchasing a freezer I’m sure

Samsung refrigerator freezer door was bent and replace it.

I almost always take out the 5 year Geek Squad Coverage especially on big size products.

I purchased this with my new refrigerator because the price was so great and I can call them if I have any issues which i hope not to.

Eliminated cable television and reconfigured sound and video systems, including convenient streaming from dedicated computer.

Hopefully I will never need the extended warranty but I have it just in case.

I have found so much value at purchasing this protection - I have used it a few times and Best Buy is great at replacing the items!

Haven't needed it yet, and hopefully I never do. But it's nice to know that it's there.

The Geek Squad is the best and we purchase there coverage on everything we purchase at Best Buy. When you need them, they will be there.

Get it to protect my investment definitely on big purchases

my last fridge bit the dust after barely 2 years. CS via the manufacturer was a joke. being able to depend on the Geek squad to handle any issues that may come up is well worth it.

I ordered warranty for future protection. I haven't used it yet.

I haven't had to use the geek squad protection so that's a good sign. In the past when I have used this service, it ran smoothly.

Insurance... Always good to have it! Just quantify the amount of the item you are purchasing vs. the value or coverage you are receiving for adding the geek squad protection...
