When I asked for help I was answered quickly, communication is good, if I get my washing machine problems resolved I will recommend everyone to take their warranty to Best Buy.

Had to use Geek Squad the first week as one of the hampers came undone, causing the washing machine to be loud and the rubber seal to not be flushed. Geek Squad came out right away and immediately diagnosed and fixed the issue within the same hour!

Helped out very well and answered all of our questions.

Please take my advice and purchase the available extended protection. I don’t normally purchase extended protection, however with all the technology today I thought it would be a good idea. My 3 year old washer developed an issue that couldn’t be repaired. Best Buy did a great job of assisting me with a replacement and covered all of the expenses except hoses and the new extended protection. I’m completely satisfied!

4.5 years into a 5 year warranty on a washer dryer unit, Best buy returned my purchase $. When I called to have the water pump replaced again, I just politely said "I'm calling for my 6 month pump replacement". Representative looked at the history, escalated to the department of magic. There was no like replacement available, so they refunded the purchase price (not the warranty price). Bought the 5 year warranty for the next w/d. They had to do it in person, using some extra steps because we have the membership, but they could do it.

It's perfect, they work super fast and I always recommend it because they make the problem very fast for me

they have backed me up since I got the warranty especially my dryer, Now I'm calling on my washer and we shall see how they do, I haven't really had any problems with best buy and their warranties geek squad has not failed me yet, so I can only give them good reviews,

I am basing this review on my past experiences with Best Buy Geek Squad dealings. Most appliance warranties are basic and short. These Geek Squad warranties are much more inclusive and save you from often exasperating dealings with the manufacturer. Geek Squad representatives commonly answer even the most obscure questions and never make one feel like they are stupid, lol. More importantly, they cover much more and continue after the manufacturer warranty. In my past experiences, Geek Squad warranties are much more comprehensive and easier to work with than Assurion or Allstate for example. You can only get them f you purchase your covered item from Best Buy buy I find they usually have comparable or lower prices than their competition. Also, they offer price difference rebates if they or someone local puts the item on sale for a lower price Best Buy refunds the difference in price. They just refund the difference!

I'm very pleased with this dryer,drying is amazing, plus theres multiple settings. Recommend anyone to buy this dryer you will be pleased with the purchase.

Your appliance is only as good as the extended warranty, or "Cheese" that you buy. Most modern appliances die within five years. Generally the parts are scarce because they go through them, so hopefully you can return the damaged unit and get a new piece of junk for the same price.

I am hopeful I wont have to use this, but I like having the peace of mind. We just spent a fortune on appliances and I am grateful we are covered.

The agents came and repaired the washing machine when it broke, they were very helpful

I was told, " Your appliances are only as good as the "cheese" - the extended warranty plan. Didnt get up to 5 years, just 4.25. Was able to exchange washer for a new one. I downgraded to limit bells & whistles. We purchased parts to repair unit, which cost the same as the "cheese" because service took too long. Best Buy thinks its okay for customers to be without an appliance for up to 30 days. Its in the fine print.

Purchased the optional 5-yr extended warranty for my LG clothes dryer purchased in 11/2019. I have had to call Geek Squad for a non-functioning sensor drying issue 3 times! The third instance this February triggered their no-lemon policy clause which alerts them to automatically replace this for a new like unit or one of your choice. I ended up choosing a different brand dryer and again purchasing the extended warranty. This saved us from puchasing another dryer for approx. $900.

actually purchased because of the electronics associated with washer = wont know if any good until (hopefully not) washer goes on the fritz
