With todays appliances having all sorts of electronic components its a no brainer to get protection at the time of purchase.

I haven't had to use the service warranty yet, but I feel confident knowing that it's there. It was a reasonable price for what is offered!

Don’t buy this washer and dryer washer is shaking and the doors are plastic scratches very easily and the delivery guy scratch my washer and dryer and make a dent I’m exchanging it to to another washer dryer same brand with glass doors I do not recommend this washer and dryer

Geek squad warranty is one of the best warranty out there, it's definitely a must have.

Although the I haven’t has to use the warranty, I feel comfortable knowing I have it.

The Geek squad mounted my TV and connected it to the wall. They did excellent job

I always get the protection plan is so worth the money specially on big ticket items

This protection plan is well worth the money to repair or replace 1,000 and over items if the chance were to happen that the item breaks.

before i left best buy store, the sales person made some statements that made me not second guess the purchase (over 1200.00) and gives you warranty for both items. i was so happy and egstactic. i also hope no issues would ever happen to my washer and dryer... not even a year into owning these two items they start not working properly. i called geek sqad, best buy and all the extensions i get for 3 months no one could find my insurance, and shortly after when its stumbled upon by the best buy staff, i get told i am going to have to wait. keep in mind 3 months had lapse but the condition of the washer and dryer got worse they statered leaking and once again i notified best buy and pretty much got told to wait. my issue at that point was first of my insurance/ policy wasnt found by them for 3 months. secondly both items got worse why would i want to get store credit and purchase items with the company that not only has neglected me, my property, and the items that i had insurance. but forced me to get another set of washers and dryers. instead like i suggested of just cutting my ties with best buy and purchasing these items

So far haven't had to use to experience of the benefits received are worth the money.
