I got this set for my daughter to replace a set she had and she loves the extras that came with it. She knows when the cycles are done.

This warranty for my washer makes me feel confident to throw my dirtiest clothes at the washer and not have to worry if the AI decides to take over the other appliances.

After a lot of trouble shooting on a washer unit issue the store went ahead and replaced the unit. Install was professional and extended warranty was worth the price for major appliances.

I DO NOT buy any big item unless I can purchase a extended service agreement. This came right on time. I'm in good hopes that I won't have to use this within 5 years but just in case cause you never know now days, it's necessary for me to have.

The agents were very helpful and respectful. I would like to buy something else in the future.

Washes our clothes great. I've had a different brand but it didn't wash near as well. It really surprised me at how much of a difference it is between two different brands. The one I have doesn't have an agitator but it cleans up my son's clothes really well and I don't have to wash them twice. The one thing i do not like about these kinds of washers, the glass lids. That's what happened to the last one and it was just as inexpensive to buy a new one, well almost anyways.

Geek squad service is top tier. I Will forever purchase the service along with any major purchases we make.

GEEK SQUAD HAVE COME TO MY HOUSE TO FIX MY INSIGNIA WASHER MORE THAN 10 TIMES ALREADY IN LESS THAN 5 MONTHS. IM NOT SURE IF ITS THE WASHER THAT IS TRASH OR THE MANY WORKERS THAT HAVE COME AND TRY TO FIX DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. IM SICK OF HAVING TO DEAL WITH THESE MANY ISSUES WITH THIS WASHER IN LESS THAN A YEAR!!!!!! I NEED A REPLACEMENT
