I’ve never had to use the warranty but I’m sure if I did we would not have any issues.

Great dryer but be carful loading clothes into because my door is reading as still open when closed.

Do not buy warranty I bought an open box washer and installed correctly and the way it was given to me when I needed it be repaired they said it was my fault it was broken because a part that wasn’t included wasn’t installed onto the washer therefore it was “my fault” the washer was broken

I've bought the High End Front Loaders (Name Brand) and these Insignia Appliances are great. Wish they had Color options, but you get what you pay for.

This has been a decent washer up to today. Power will not come on. The last one was replaced with this one 3 years ago. Similar issue after a few repairs. Hopefully the next one will last longer.

This washer is amazing. Does really big loads with no problems. Has steam, quick loads you name it.
