I am so happy that Best Buy Appliance Rep Linda talked me into this purchase. I have nothing bad to say about my LG front loading washer. I love it. It is efficient, quite, fast and pretty. Save up to buy one for yourself!

The Geek Squad has always given me service that is technologically thorough, and delivered that service in a gracious manner. All explanations have been phrased in language easily understood.

Always get the Geek Squad on all appliances, and renew it when possible. If they can't fix a problem, then they replace it. Good security for the cost.

I paid for a 5 year warranty when I bought my washer. I submitted a claim on February 19. Someone came out on 2/24 and diagnosed the washer with 2 problems. A tech returned on March 4. That tech diagnosed the washer problem again with a new issue. Another tech returned on March 12 and then again diagnosed the washer with another issue. Another tech returned on March 17 and the washer was yet again diagnosed with a different issue. The washer has still not been repaired and I have been given the run around about getting it replaced. I would not recommend purchasing the warranty from Best buy because they do not make customers their priority. They are only after the money they make when a customer purchases the warranty.

Installer installed both washer and dryer and hope I never have to use the warranty. However I purchased just in case there are any issues.

Live this new washing machine! Lots of different cycles to choose from and is very quiet. Geek squad installed very quickly with no issues

Well, I want my 25 Best Buy Points, so here goes. I bought the Geek Squad Protection Plan with hopes they cover and/or fix everything the plan states they will. Have not had to use it yet. So far so good.

the geek squad service is a good service plan to have, it protect you from headache of trying to fix things when they break down.

Gives me peace of mind knowing that my recently purchased products will be covered in case of needed service. Being a recent widow this brings me comfort.
