I usually buy a protection plan for the equipment I have, it means peace of mind in case something happen.

Have never had a problem with Geek Squad protection for appliances.

worst experience ever. same technitian came twi e and assume we did not take good care of the unit.both times said the same think there os nothing i can do. i had sears and pc richard before and always got my appliance problem solved. i gess thats what i get for paying cheap now im stucked with this service for 5 years

We always buy the warranty and best buy has always been great about repairs if needed

When we buy any electronica devices this expensive we usually get the warranty because they will replace it or fix it.

The agents are always there to answer questions. I have used both the online and over the phone assistance.

It's only ideal that you purchase protection on big items you purchase. Repairs cost. But not as much when your protected. The cost for the plan was great too.

Definitely get the protection plan for this product. It really comes in handy if something goes wrong.

Did not notice that this was a high efficiency unit. Normal Cycle is 90+ minutes...uses less water but needs 3 times the electricity to complete a cycle. Plus we need to add scent boosters to get that clean scent. If you keep the load size small that helps.. But I have 3 kids, bought to save time washing fewer loads.. For the price, not impressed. It does alert your phone, if set up, at end of cycle which I love.

I would recommend to get geek squad service, they know what they're doing.
