Use theygeek sqad for delivery only need gss valve they would not hook up

With a large family this is awesome to know that you dont have to worry about your appliances breaking on you

The squad installed the washer and dryer very fast and then showed me how it worked.

Best Buy protection plans are essential to me and have saved me additional costs.

When my washer quit working (clogged drain pump) I had to wait almost two months and make 3 calls, and one visit to best buy before I could actually get someone to come look at it. I live in a rural area, and even though I verified the woukd service my address before purchasing, they did not want to uphild their part. More headache than it was worth for an issue i couldve fixed easily myself if it werent for the fact that doing so would void the warranty.

It's really a good deal for the 5 year warranty. It's a piece of mind knowing that they can fix it for the next 5 years

After having purchased an LG washer/dryer combo unit in November 2023 and taking delivery in January 2024, I called a few days ago when the unit was having a leak from the front door. I was told that I needed to contact LG because the unit was still under warranty with them. So I say what good is purchasing an extended warranty if Best Buy isn’t going to do anything when I call them other than say go to the manufacturer. I have been a Best Buy customer, purchasing all major appliances, entertainment equipment and computer, iPads, iPhones from them for the past 20+ years. I have almost always purchased protection plans on larger purchases. I have called for repair on appliances that were under warranty in the past and the Geek Squad was sent out to make repairs. That was what I expected now and did not receive. I am more than unhappy. I guess it’s the way the whole world is going, but it’s the final nail in the coffin of my purchasing Geek Sqaud Protection. Worthless! As was calling LG who wanted to merely diagnose my problem over a computer chat and have me do all of the work. That’s not a warranty!

Hopefully i wont ever need this service but if i do i have it

It’s essential to get this. Will have peace of mind and never have issues when it does mess up bc Best Buy has excellent service repair
