I recently purchased a Whirlpool washer, expecting a seamless laundry experience, but was sorely disappointed. Right from the start, leveling the machine proved to be a Herculean task. The feet adjustments are so finicky that achieving a stable foundation feels nearly impossible. This instability has led to an intolerably loud operation. Each cycle is accompanied by such a cacophony that it reverberates throughout the house, disrupting the peace. Furthermore, the vibrations are so severe that the machine practically dances across the floor. The promise of Whirlpool's quality and efficiency was completely unmet, leaving me with regret over my purchase. This product has been a letdown in terms of both functionality and user-friendliness.

I had a problem with my new dryer leaving lint all over my clothes and not on the lint filter. Best Buy Geek Squad offered to stand behind it and replace the unit. I always purchase a Best Buy protection or extended warranty on just about all my appliances and high end electronics I purchase from Best Buy. I have not regret it once. Most times, I never have to use it but the few times I have, Best Buy protection or extended warranty support have been good to me and supported my purchase. I will continue to purchase each type of warranty on my purchases from Best Buy.

Good insurance I have found advantageous. Quick laptop tech support, repair scheduling for appliances troublesome.

We’re glad to have the option to get a 5 year plan. We’ve had benefits from products needing unexpected replacement and the exchanges were easy. This is for our new washing machine. Unfortunately our 5 year warranty had expired two months prior to needing a replacement. It’s still worth it. We replaced a TV with a five year warranty at 1.5 years.

There were two agents that I spoke with during the purchase. There was a miscommunication regarding the installations and take away. On arrival, the delivery driver contacted the representatives and they worked together to alleviate my frustrations in making sure that the relevant parts were ordered and another installation and removal was scheduled.

I haven't use this protection for my most recent purchase yet (and hopefully won't need to) but I have purchased this and used it before and highly recommend it for expensive items because life happens and stuff breaks, it's good to have that security on your investment.

Peace of mind is worth it when you spend alot on an appliance

Most appliances last between 5-10 years. Paying a small percentage of the cost of the appliance for an additional warranty is always wise if you can afford it. You never know when something is going to happen and you need to call in a warranty or repair.

I love a gas dryer vs electric. The drying time is amazingly fast in comparison to an electric. I am so glad i choose the gas one!
