Purchased the 5 year Geek Squad protection service for my new Samsung Washer and Dryer. Have not had to utilize this service for the appliances yet, however I have utilized Geek Squad in the past and they are awesome and I trust them to fix it when I can’t.

I always get a Geek Squad warranty on all my major appliances. This on is on a recent Washer purchase. I did have two major large purchases that I purchased this warranty on and it covered those two products with no questions or problems.

I love this wash/dry combo! It has some great customizable features, and can even be controlled from a phone app. The only con is that drying tends to take longer than traditional dryers.

Very professional team. They complete the installation in less than 30 minutes. Clearly explained all the key functions.

The delivery guys brought my new washer and dryer, and hooked them up, Very Pleased with there service.

I have been a loyal Best Buy customer for over 10 years. I will only purchase my electronics and appliances at Best Buy. Their employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My first major computer purchase 10 years ago, I reluctantly purchased the Geek Squad protection. It paid for itself within months. I buy the Geek Squad protection for all my electronics and major appliances. From helping me set up wireless printers, to downloading pictures, and removing viruses, Geek Squad is a NECESSITY!! I highly recommend spending the money for the piece of mind that comes with the Geek Squad protection. Always recommending to family and friends!!

Build quality on appliances is not what it use to be and prices are higher. I definitely recommend getting an extended warranty.

After the geek squad set up my new washer and dryer they explained my warranty to me. I feel like I will never need to use , it but I’m happy that I purchased the extended warranty. I felt like it was the best thing to do since these units a very large and a bit more technical to repair. The lead geek squad gentlemen that delivered our tv a few years ago was the same one who did this installation for us. It was reassuring to see a familiar face and someone who truly is professional.

Had a problem with our washer that was a simple fix. Geek squad helped us figure it out over the phone and sent us a replacement part to fix our issue. Two thumbs up for whoever we talked to.

Haven't had the need to use the 5-year Geek Squad Protection yet, but knowing I have it gives me peace of mind in case something breaks down with my new washing machine purchase.

This protection plan really was worth the inexpensive cost if you break it down by use. It definitely pays for itself and so happy we have it because we were able to replace with a new one after issues with the other one, issues over a 3 year period and we only paid $20 difference. Definitely recommend!

The peace of mind knowing that a major appliance is well covered by service and warranty for five years is absolutely worth its weight in gold.

Getting the extended warranty was definitely worth the price. Geek Squad texts are extremely helpful. And when they couldn't fix the product. It was replaced with the same value item. We'll absolutely be getting the extended warranties from now on.

Great protection plan at an amazing price. Also the protection plan is explained very well and support is there for any questions or concerns. Definitely recommend paying the little extra to have the piece of mind and security of something happens.
