It’s nice that they offered extra protection, it allows for no worries!

So glad I got it.. my Dryer arrived badly dented (Not BestBuy's fault). BestBuy replaced it within 3 days, I am impressed. My previous dryer not from BestBuy, died within 3 years, labor and replacing the computer panel was more expensive than a new dryer. So I purchased a new dryer and now I feel more secured of my investment for the next 5 years.

Geek squad resolbed all of my concerns and I assisted with multiple dryers and resolved it efficiently and effectively.

This review is for a protection plan. It’s good to know it’s there. But I haven’t used it which means my thing didn’t break. So 5 stars.

Great experience and fast results in fixing our issue

Love the removable agitator it really comes in handy when I need to wash larger items like comforters. I also bought the services which included: expert installation, which made everything a Breeze and They even hauled away my old, rusty washer. 

One thing I always spring for these days is the Geek Squad service. TBH, it gives me peace of mind that within an expected timeframe, there will be Geek squad protection on my purchase!

Worth the peace of mind when you're investing a lot of money into appliances. I had an issue that Best Buy Geek Squad offered to stand behind, but I was able to resolve the issue. It was nice that someone actually offered to do what they said they would do if I had a problem.

Washer was leaking and had to call for service. Tech came out and found nothing after running all applicable diagnostics. He was punctual, polite, and very thorough. Still not sure what happened but everything is running smoothly now.

The presetting on the dryer was only drying the clothes for five minutes then shutting off. The tech came out advised me that the sensor is in the front of the dryer and he’s noticed with heavy loads they tend to fall to the back so the sensor doesn’t feel anything and assumes the load is dry. If he hadn’t explained it, I never would have realized that was the issue. Also my floor in my utility room is slanted so he adjusted the dryer and said that should help.

Already had to use it and had no issues fighting. Just told them the problem with my bad unit and the sent a new one. Glad i purchased this warranty!

I have had a small issue with my washer. When I called to see if they can send someone over to help me with the issue. The young man I spoke with was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He answer all my questions with confidence and sent help over right away. That was my first experience with geek squad customer service and I have no complaints so far.

Beautiful washer and dryer. The washer is very deep and able to accommodate our family's large loads! The service reps had both washer and dryer hooked up in no time with no issues! The dryer is also very spacious and I love all the detailed options!

Absolutely love geek squad! We had the sound go out on our 55" TV. They scheduled service and came right to my house so we didnt have to worry about transportation of the TV. Ordered the parts, and came back to complete the repair all within a week. I only buy my electronics from BB specifically for Geek Squad!

I bought a washer 4 years ago & it already broke. It would have cost about $350 to fix. This time we are buying a cheaper washer with a warranty.

My wife love me more now for this purchase, haha, for real she really love this set. Recommending to everyone 200%

Agents installed everything did good job kind and professional

I replaced a front loader with a top loader, same brand. My dog loves to eat the gasket on the FL, so I needed a TL. I love the large capacity and the quiet operation of this washer. My clothes come out clean, as do my great grandchildren's and their parents. I got the champagne color, it's a beautiful color.

Not sure - haven't used this yet but got in just in case
