Geek squad technic was on point he came out to fix my dryer. The parts were order quick and sent to my doorstep. Technician went above and beyond to even take out a small dent in my dryer.

No complaints, I tend to buy with most more expensive purchases.

We had great service from our technician. We only had to wait a day for service. Once he ruled everything out and the washer was still making the noise we received a new washer comparable to what we had before with a small fee of about 50 dollars good protection!

The team who did the installation was very professional and service oriented. Great Experience

They came to my home ordered parts they needed didn't completely fix first time ordered more part installed them and stove is fixed and working as it should. My only thing I think they can do better is less time to show up after u call to scedual I called they came 4 days later then needed part had to get part so 4 days later came back needed more parts so had to date another 4 days but they were polite and explain a lot as they were doing it they also cleaned up after they were done with work

I just bought the dryer in late June 2024. Hopefully I will never have to use the 5 yr Geek Squad warranty I bought for it, but NO WAY was I going to settle for just the one year GE warranty.

This is definitely worth it! My old washing machine weights broke and the washer sounded sooo loud. They came and looked at the washer and promptly replaced it for me!

Glad I purchased this and wish i had before when purchsing but now i know to do so.

Have not received this yet as it is on back order. But have watched many videos, & read the reviews. They are all pleassd with this LG Combo. Can't wait to get it & use it

This refrigerator purchase is the result of a previous lemon. Geek Squad sent out repair people 3 times and then determined to replace it. The particular model was no longer available so sent me a voucher for purchase price to put towards this purchase. And you bet I bought the Geek Squad protection plan again on this one!

I recommend protection.. never know if product I bought have issues down the road..

A must when purchasing an appliance or anything electronic

over all seems good but I'll call a appliance person before geek squad as i feel they may not leave in good parts came with cause this thing had problems from the start like you push button bunch of time and it wont even start like old switches .don't trust them

Had to use the service after my new washer came off the belt the tech fixed it fast, did have to wait a few days to have them come out though but just glad it’s working again. Definitely paid for itself in one use during my first year since getting the washer/dryer combo. Have 4 years left. Gives peace of mind!

I hope I never use it, but it always gives you peace of mind knowing that you are covered.

I love the Geek Squad Protection Plan. I always hope that I never have to use it, but when I do I am totally satisfied with the service. Geek Squad Protection Plan is what made me decide to buy from Best Buy. The washer and dryer that I replaced was still covered under a warranty, but I got tired of calling, waiting, and hearing excuses. I have never had a problem with Geek Squad

Do not ever buy an appliance without having Geek Squad on it. They replaced the machines with no questions asked because it was broken and did not have parts or the machine. Worth every penny exponentially.

Always go with the Geek Squad warranty. Life happens, accidents happen, manufacturers defects happen. Geek Squad warranties protect you and your purchase. If Geek Squad can't fix it no one can.
