Haven't had to use it yet, but decided it was a good idea to have extended coverage for my new washing machine.

I haven’t had to use this for these items. I have used geek squad services in the past. They are always helpful and very responsive. I am sure I will not have a problem getting help if needed in the future for these items as well. I pretty much get geek squad protection on all big ticket items that I purchase at Best Buy.

The warranty has come in handed it's always good to have that little bit of protection

I’m not usually one to worry overly much about large appliances when it comes to warranties, but I’m. Sry happy to know that I’m covered for the next 5 years should anything go wrong. I’ve gotten several warranties with Best Buy and never had a problem when it came to using them. Definitely gives me peace of mind and well worth the investment.

Cant really give a rating for this. I have not had to call for service yet. BUT, when I called the service number, the person ansering the phone answered my setup questions politely and patiently

The washer and dryer is amazing. It cleans the clothes very well. It has the extra features of sanitizing your clothes. Good to have for virus. Extra large tub for comforters to clean. Excellent washer and dryer.

Geek squad 5-year services for an appliance purchase was a no-brainer. Best Buy services are a notch above those offered by Home Depot / Lowes for appliances. Highly recommend!

I always get extended warrantees on new expensive major appliances. Peace of mind and ready for any problems. Modern appliances are not as long lived as the good old days. Too many things can go wrong with computer chips.

I ordered a combination washer/dryer and a warranty. The extended warranty kicked in on June 20th 2020 and here we are at May 18th 2023 and they tech pushed my repair date a week and said my drain motor is not covered and is going to tell me how much it's going to cost me. Nice.

Had to use after dryer stopped spinning, easy to schedule, i was expdcting a couple of weeks wait since i am furtyer away from store (1hr) but i was able to get scheduled 2 days later.

This LG set is fantastic! I researched quite a bit, comparing several brands, and finally took the plunge. I love everything about both the washer and dryer. Both are super easy to operate, the washer uses less water, and the clothing comes out smelling cleaner and looking so much better. Thank you, LG!

We love the Geek Squad protection that comes with everything

Despite all the expensive new high tech appliances, reliability isn't so good these days, so this warranty is a must for us. We could not get parts or even a service call for our old units (only three years old!), so we switched brands and made sure to get a full-replacement guarantee warranty.

Just purchased this for a dryer. The price for the 3 year was better than most competitors, along with the comfort that a technician would be local and prompt. We'll see.

I always get the Geek Square protection when buying appliances.
