You can never go wrong. I always get the geek squad protection on almost every purchase I can. Easy exchange and or repair process.

This LG All in One Washer/Dryer is awful. It takes forever to dry clothes and I've only had the machine 7 months and it is leaking water from underneath onto my floor and also in the pedestal drawer. Scheduling a service technician to come out and look at it was another story! He made modifications to the vent filter and I don't see what that has to do with a water leak. It did not fix my problem. I want to trade it in for a standard washer and dryer. I've contacted the Corporate office so we'll see if they will help. This machine cost me over $2000 and I can't afford to junk it!!

One of the reason I shop at Best Buy first is because I know the Geek Squad support is superior to any other . I purchase it on any item that I believe may need an exspensive repair but also hope I never need the Geek Squad for any appliance that I have pruchased at Best Buy

My 1st dryer was defective upon delivery, didn’t work, when I called week squad they said I would have to call store and purchase a new one, even though the 1st one never worked. Store employee was very helpful and a new dryer was delivered a few days later. However since the 1st one did not work, I don’t feel like I should have had to wait for another to be delivered.

The agents installed my washer and dryer and made sure everything was working as it should be with the correct connections and hardware.

If u need service if parts are ordered they don’t show up Best Buy will not tell u that service guy will not be coming on the day your service guy just doesn’t come nobody will let you know you just wait for nobody to show up No communication in-house

I had always had a pleasant experience with Geek Squad. Very professional and if they couldn't fix it they would off a voucher for the purchase price. will always shop best buy.

I have only had to use the warranty from best buy time, however I got a new camera since the original one I purchased broke and was no longer in stock. totally worth it on large purchases where if you need to repair or replace once it pays for itself.

Left a long review and it was never published. Im suspicious. This washer does not wash clothes well -- there is not enough water touching the clothes. A washer has one job -- make the laundry clean. I felt i was going to be able to get clothes smelling great and stains removed or made better with this expensive beast but the clothes are just coming out like they were handwashed in a bathtub. The washer gets them wet then just tumbles them around. There is no little pool of water to collect dirt - just wet clothes going round and round. It does not rinse well either. If you put a single item in it it gets stuck to the back wall and just turns around and around. There seems to be a deaign flaw with the smooth back wall -- other washers have a propeller shape/fins that prevents this -- clothes sticking to the back. If the item is too big the lack of water issue is worse. Ive washed a sleeping bag about 4 times and it still smells. The water dribbles from one short spout near the door and much of the water just runs down the door into the drain. The perimeter of the back that meets the drum has little spaces where things get stuck and cannot be removed. I'm utterly confused why this washer is rated so high and am feeling extremely foolish and sad for spending $900 on a washer that cant wash clothes as well as my 30 year old off brand top loader. Oh and there is no remote start -- what is the point of the wifi connection anyways? After realizing i need to triple wash many items i could really use a remote start at least. Just a terrible buy. Looks are deceiving with this one.

We purchased the Geek Squad Protection Plan "just in case." However, my experience with Maytag products is that I'll never have to use it. It's getting harder and harder to find repair folks where I live. We also like the tech protection plan on our electronics. Best Buy is a friend!

They attempted to repair the problem and once it wasn’t possible getting the items exchanged was easy.

The guys at the desk are well knowledgeable and helpful. I went in to get my phone checked after the backside cracked. They explaining the issue on the phone. They gave me the right suggestion to take my phone to the main apple store for the options available for me there.
