This washer spins my clothes so fast i don't think I even need a dryer. Drying times are cut in half saving me money

Peace of mind, Got the warranty and needed a repair. Repair was done but still had issue so my washer was replaced!

When you are investing in large appliances having Geek Squad is just a no brainer. Depending on what you buy they come to your home to service the item. I hope I never have to use it, but if I need it I know Geek Squad will be out to my home to service (or replace) my washer and dryer.

Very helpful when I had to reschedule the installation of my new dryer.

Thus warranties is a must if you purchased an appliance you will be sorry if your appliance goes haywire one year factory warranty is a joke.

Always recommend the protection plans through Best Buy!

just wanted to make sure that my appliance will be safe.. almost all that i bought in Best Buy we're with warranty. I never experienced any problems when i needed to return or replace it.

You must purchase this extra protection because they don’t make appliances to last for years any longer. I had a washing machine I bought at Best Buy that only lasted a year and a half before it flooded my carpet. Geek Squad came and repaired it zero cost.

The greatest moment is knowing that you are able to exchange, trade, or receive credit for the item if it is within the time of the insurance agreement. Great feeling knowing that best buy backs up most of its items thru this insurance.

I have had such a bad experience so far with this warranty. 3 days to come look at it, not knowing after explaining on phone what it was or problem. Waiting 10 more days for multiple parts because they aren’t sure, just to cancel that appointment because they didn’t check to see parts had been delivered days before to my house. Now I have to wait 5 more days for next “available” appointment. So far it has been awful service. We will see if it gets fixed. So that will be 17 days out from when I made first phone call and maybe not even fixed then because they weren’t even sure what was wrong. I will update after next appointment but from now on I will buy my appliances from somewhere that actually cares about customer service. So far I get the run around to call this number or that number because nobody knows.

Ourchased this on a black friday deal, and its been great so far. Very efficient with a superb “quick wash” mode that ovly takes 15 minutes.

Worth the money. We had a washer that had repeated problems. After multiple servicemen attempted repair and no resolution could be found, the washer was replaced. Servicemen were knowledgeable, friendly and on time. Great service.
