BOUGHT THE 5 YR. GEEK SQUAD WARRANTY FOR PEACE OF MIND BECAUSE BESTBUY STANS BEHIND IT!

I am glad I purchased 5 yr geek squad protection for my washing machine - although it shows no sign of breaking down. If you are afraid of the high cost of repairs and replacements these days, you might want it too. I don't know if I will need it.

Best Buy pricing was very conpetitive and this is great product for what you get.

Bought for an expensive set of Electrolux washer and dryer set. Hoping to never need to use it, but the coverage to cost is a good value.

An extended warranty for a major appliance is an absolute necessity. Best Buy’s 5-Year Geek Squad Ptotection Plan is worth the additional cost since replacing appliances can be quite expensive.

I haven't had to use it yet but we're going to be having geek squad come out once this virus issue has slowed down and see if they're able to figure out why our auto-detergent feeding system isn't working on our washer. Definitely glad I have it though.

The agent came out and helped me to understand how to use my machine and was very nice, Courteous and patient

The techs are well trained and having the extended warranty plan is always a peace of mind

I am so glad I got the three year protection plan! I know that if anything breaks I am completely covered and I won't have to worry about money coming out of pocket to fix the washer and dryer i have the plan on. You never know what could happen and protection for this price is a steal!

I got the 5 year protection plan for my washing machine.its a great price $139.00, seeing that the other washer from another company was charging me $5.95 monthly == $357.00 for 5 years

always gets service for new appliances. great service and nice outcomes. they know what is exactly going on and just worked timely manner. communication was great. I didn't read instructions but works great.

Fortunately, knock on wood, I haven’t had to use this yet. However, I do feel safe knowing there is a squad of geeks on my payroll ready to do battle against the forces of evil on my behalf should day ever come that I am in danger.

This is great to have if you have issues with your appliances. This is not the 1st time I’ve purchased protection. You call if there’s a problem, they send someone out to fix or replace the item.

Bought this protection for piece of mind but probably won't have to use it. The appliance's I buy at best buy always seem to be reliable and at a competitive price. Service and delivery has always been prompt and courteous.

I bought a washer and bought the extended 3 year Geek Squad Protection. Haven't had to use it. Thankfully.
