Had gsp on my LG washer about 4 years ago. Had about three repairs overall with the last time finally warranting me a new washer. I'd say after calling in a repair request we would have people over to assess the washer in 1-2 weeks. The geek squad are easy to communicate with.

For the most part, the all-in-one works well, but you constantly have to clean it and make sure lint isn’t clogging things, which can prevent it from drying properly. You’ll also end up on the phone with LG a lot. In my personal opinion, this machine is best for a one- or two-person household. We have a lot of kids, and it just doesn’t work well for a big family. Sometimes it takes six hours just to wash and dry one load. If you’re okay with that kind of time, this might work for you — but for a large household, I wouldn’t recommend it.

I decided to buy the Washer and Dryer and contract together with the BestBuy Card to get the BestBuy Points. You can wait and purchase later after you research the Mfr Service Warranty Service and BestBuy Service Contract to make an informed decision.

the protection plan is definitely worth it. My old machine broke, two years after buying it, and best buy ordered the parts, sent out a professional service tech to do the repair, and my machine was good as new.

Since I have not needed to use this yet l cannot truly evaluate it. I have not yet had a problem

Great stacking washing dryer. Love them and easy to use!

Very professional. Called when they were on their way and wore masks when they got here. Removed and installed washer/dryer in no more than 30 minutes.

I love that this guarantee is very good i got it so in the future i don’t have to buy an other dryer but they can fix it

We always purchase the 5 year Geek Squad Protection Plan when we buy a product from Best Buy: worth the peace of mind to know you are covered beyond Mfg. Warranty.

Ok these things are iffy sometimes but recently we have had some bad luck. Gives you more peace of mind about the future.

The service technicians Jose and his partner did a super job installing and connecting our new washer as well as explaining its operation.

I made the mistake of having the machines delivered and not installed later to find out from Samsung that I need to install professionally in order to keep my warrantee the geek squad came installed it free of charge when I could to charge me now great job guys thank you

Five year Geek Squad protection is a must preferable option for the buyers. Feeling safe about the product. Great Geek squad customer service. I strongly recommend to go for 5 year protection plan
