Great washer! I didnt think i would like a top load but i wish i wouldve bought it sooner!

It’s better to have the warranty than to not have but service technicians from local repair places are horrible. Only positive is that when they can’t fix it after multiple times, you can apply a credit towards a new purchase.

We shopped around for warrant and the price bestbuy provides is very competitive. I don't have experience of claims yet but I have high expectation due to the experience during installation and delivery.

The Geek Squad Protection Plan option is a must have with the purchase of any washer, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers and higher end tv's! If something goes wrong Best Buy makes it right!

Super Worth getting the warranty. Minor issues always appear and heal squad repairs it quickly.

I am so happy that I had paid extra to get the extended coverage, my other washer broke down and since it was going to be too expensive to fix , the protection plan covered for us to get a new one.

I haven't used it yet, but had it previously on my last washer and it saved me a lot of money.

I love that my products are protected. They just don't make things like they used to but the Service Plan makes me feel more at ease and happier with my purchase.

Always purchase extended warranty for any of your new appliance just in case there’s a problem in the future. Its worth buying it coz any appliance tends to break within 2 years of use.

I haven’t how do use geek squad on the washer and dryer we bought yet but I have used geek squad by four and they did a really good job with the repairs

I have made a number of major purchases from Best Buy over the past couple of years and always add the Geek Squad protection agreement. I find it to be a great value with great service.

Just bought this protection plan for peace of mind due to the prolbems I had with the 2 new whirlpool dryers I had to exchange before I bought this maytag dryer. So far never had to use this protection plan yet but I know that if I would need it is will be protected.
