The Geek squad unmounted one TV and mounted it in another room and then mounted the new 65 inch replacement and sound system in it's place. Easy peazy!

I have actually never had to use the geek squad warranty. This is a good thing but it a great peace of mind that I have it just in case. I love that I get the portion on 1 or 3 years.

NOthing more important than a best buy protection. YOu don't need to go through all the hazzle to contact local repair.

I've always purchased geek squad protection with all my new product purchases. It's well worth the ease of knowing your product is covered. I purchased the 3 year but ended up going with a 5 year instead.

I have only had to use the warranty from best buy time, however I got a new camera since the original one I purchased broke and was no longer in stock. totally worth it on large purchases where if you need to repair or replace once it pays for itself.

Nice washer. Better then the top load that tears up clothes and uses less water. Syncs with dryer. So far so good. Got the 5 year protection because super advanced dryers break a lot.

Samsung washer had to be replaced the day it arrived but a 2nd one came and it has problems. I don’t blame geek squad but the garbage Samsung makes

I had my Samsung washer out of order after a year. Unfortunately I did not purchase the extra protection plan so it costed me fortune to fix it but i had to do it anyways. Great services and friendly mechanics thanks to Bestbuy Geeksquad. Thank you!

Delivery and installation of my new washing machine and haul away of the old unit was excellent and the 5-Year Geek Squad protection plan gives me great piece of mind regarding this new appliance.
