We purchased the 3yr. Protection plan just for added peace of mind. I feel that it is a good investment.

I would always recommend this for any major appliances. I got it for my washer and dryer and hopefully I don't have any issues, but if I do at least I know I am covered.

I often buy the warranty because I feel better having it, it’s a gamble but if I don’t I’ll end up wishing I had!

Protection plan is a nice feature from Best Buy as they are covering repair/parts replacement and many more things along with the best agents for proving support

Installation was smooth but there was a small error made by the person taking the order. He put my dryer in warranty in place of washer

Love the new washer and dryer. Quiet and gets cloths cleaner than my old machine. Holds a large amount of cloths with ample water for the job.

Reasonable cost for geek squad protection. Recommended for purchase of washer and dryer. Geek squad installation was efficient.

Had this a few weeks now and works great. Still havent tried the steam option yet. Overall really nice dryer.

We purchased this to replace our old set and we were not disappointed. Very large tub for both washer and dryer. Would definitely recommend. Geek squad was great with the install too!

My last machine was double the price and broke down just past the manufacturers warranty. It was not purchased at Best Buy and store said all the people who bought those machines saw them broken beyond repair within 3 years. No remedy was offered.

Great because Geek squad comes out if there are any problems. So far i haven't needed them.

I purchased a 5 year warranty because you never know. Last washer I purchased only had 2 years on a different model. After 5-6 years it started making loud noises and I'm sure it could've been easy fix but it was time to trade up. Get warranty!!
