I always get the warranty because you never know what could happen. I rather have an expert work on my washer and dryer!

You must have Geeksquad protection for your electronic think of it as insurance if something goes wrong they will repair or replace it

Purchasing the GEEK SQUAD warranty has been really a plus. When we needed it- it was so easy to use. No hassle, no hidden strings, NO EXTRA MONEY I had to give out of my pocket. NICE!

My first washer was defective and the next week I had a new washer that I like and I am happy with.

I'm really happy to have this since I move a lot and knowing that my washer and dryer will be fixed if anything happens gives me peace of mind.

NEVER BUY GEEK SQUAD Protection! It's a scam where they don't provide a contact number, a case number or anyway to follow up on a service call. Washer failed 6/12/25. Schedule Service for 6/16/25. Tech shows up with no parts, said it could be 3 parts that failed and he would order all 3 and return 6/23/25. Tech never showed. We have since spent 5+ hour on the phone trying to speak with anyone who cared, much less would help. We have spoken to 4 different Supervisors who promised they or someone would call us back and get a tech onsite. Still waiting......

I highly recommend service plans on modern digital appliances. It's 5 years of coverage in your home with no additional costs. If something is going to break, it would happen within 5 years. I consider it insurance.

Always good to have protection, never know when down the road you might run into an issue. Insurance is key to a stress free life.

Geek squad is always good to have you gotta be crazy not to pass it up and to be able to get to get a new product in case of any problems

I bought the additional warranty for ease of mind if something has to go wrong after I purchased the washer. Hope I won’t need it
