I bought this protection plan for the washing machine for peace of mind since it is for the washing machine gor my elderly mother who lives in a different state from me. Good price too.

worth the money. especially for big appliances. seriously spend the extra cash. if they can't fix it you get a store credit.

Washer works amazingly, however, need to call on the dryer. It doesn’t dry all the way through at times and socks and jeans are damp

Having a protection plan is always beneficial. I purchased a dryer and when I had a problem Geek squad came out with no problem.

So far I haven’t had to use this but I cannot stress enough that these are important to get.

spend the extra money and get the extended warranty. It's always better to have it and not need it then to need and not have. I already used Geek squad for a repair on my dryer! Now it works fine!

The agent was very experienced in repairs and quick to find the problem. Took long to get parts. But agent was ready when parts came in.

I have not used this as my machines have not been delivered, but I am happy that I will have the piece of mind that if something goes wrong, I have someone to call.

Never buy a high price product without it. I live a ways from the local office for service,, but they always manage to show.

The delivery personnel moved my new washer and dryer into the basement and completed hookups and installation.

Great coverage and hopefully doesn’t have to be used. Nice to have a backup plan though.

It gives me peace of mind to have the extended warranty. Best Buy stands behind their products and extended warranty. Anytime I've had any problem, this warranty takes care of it right away.

Had a problem with my daughters new computer not charging. They let us know it was still under warranty and sent it off for us. We did not have to do anything else, they took care of it for us.

Geek Squad is the only way to go when it comes to warranty they make it so easy just take it to the store they'll look at it repair it or exchange it same day sometimes.

Have not had to use it but it’s nice to know it’s there if I need it.

I highly recommend buying the warranty on your purchase. You never know when something is going to break down and leave you stranded
