Having the security of the additional 5 year Geek Squad Protection plan has allowed me peace of mind and gives me the extra plan after the manufacturers plans ends.

Get the protection as a 1 year old whirlpool stopped working for me exactly a week out of its warranty period

Hopefully I will never have to call them but they are top notch and what they do and what they know. The Geek Squad is clean, neat and reliable.

They helped us install the washer and dryer and were very informative about how they work. They also fixed out ice machine on the fridge.

You never know you need help until your purchase is trouble.

Best in breed appliance warranty, given the imminent failure of Sears, I find it refreshing to go to Best Buy where the voice of the customer is heard and innovated around. For the price you truly can't beat it.

Wouldn't ever buy large products without this service. I don't want to have an issue without this protection.

We have purchased these plans on various items. true we never had to use them but for piece of mind I feel they are worth it and if something does go wrong your covered.

Things often break right after the standard warranty expires. Worth the price up front to avoid a big bill later. Too bad we need this. Higher quality appliances would make them obsolete. Maybe that is the point.
