Needed a new washer and dryer, but not without some geek squad protection. I feel good about this!

We had a defective pump on our washer when we received it. The Geek Squad came to fix it, and due to the inconvenience they provided us with an extended warranty

I’m very pleased with the technician he wanna solve my washer and dryer beside that I wasn’t very happy with the delay is six months delay to get my washer and dryer dude that messed up my person he help me with the purchase and I have to wait six week to get the rest of the part. Very frustrating.

Reasonable price for the extra years of protection. Luckily haven't had to use it, but it's nice to know it's there if we do!

The new washers and dryers are so complex with so many features. Too many things could go wrong. A service call costs just about as much as the extra warranty.

You never know you need help until your purchase is trouble.

I didn't purchase a warranty on my last washer only lasted 6 years this time I purchased the warranty and when it's about to expire I will purchase another 3 years
